The Firm provides its advice in situations of business crises, debt restructuring and rehabilitation and assists companies in the overall management of debt according to the expected financial flows. The activity takes the form in particular of corporate reorganizations both on the creditors’ side and on that of the company in crisis, turnaround and pre-insolvency operations (recovery plans and debt restructuring agreements), assistance to the management, audit and other professionals involved in various ways, insolvency procedures, both with business and liquidator continuity, and the search for financial and/or industrial partners.
