Administrative Responsibility of Institutions (Legislative Decree 231/2001)

The Firm provides assistance and advice to institutions, for the purpose of the implementation and adoption of models of organization, management and audit (MOG or Model 231) suitable to prevent crimes as well as for the introduction of the Body responsible for supervising the functioning and observance of models (Supervisory Body or ODV).
