The activity includes every phase of these operations, such as the legal and fiscal structuring, drafting and trading of contractual documents (such as advocacy letters, procedure letters, investing and joint venture agreements, acquisition contracts, shareholder agreements, funding documents, etc.), and the assistance in all those activities prior and after closing initial public offerings (IPOs).
